These are filled with almond pastry cream and the figs are tossed in some fun stuff to make the flavors pop. Kind of remind me of the beignets at @cafedumonde as they’re not too sweet, but the mounds of powdered sugar allow you to beef it up as needed. #pastry #doughhoe #figs #doughnuts🍩 @norahrestaurant
